Thanks to all who braved the weather and to all who contributed to our Imagine No Malaria Campaign. In the end, 57 people registered for the race and 35 finished in sleet and rain. Major thanks to Athletes Edge and the Albuquerque Road Runners for their support. Because of all of you, we saved over 100 lives this morning. You can’t say that everyday.
Finishers ranged in age from 10 to 77–with Zack Roccaforte taking hope the best effort award. At the young age of 16, Zack led the field finishing at 20:30. Way to go Zack–way to go everyone who was a part of this effort. Thank you to all.
